All Custom/Personalized orders cannot be exchanged or returned. If there is an issue with your product, please email me with your order number and pictures of the issue to heidisimpson03@gmail.com. Email is the best way to make sure I am notified of your concern. I will work with you to resolve the issue but no guarantee of exchange/return
